Worst experience I was faced very bad experience Staff dont have minimum common sense They behaving very rude. Dont go this hospital again We dont have clarity about treatment doctor gone in middle after some time they said doctor not available for today.. Too much
Highly Recommend Doctor for kids in Machilipatnam. Because, He is very calm and first he patiently listen our kid problem from starting to end and accordingly he treat. No unnecessary medicine like 5-6 syrups, he mostly suggest only 2-3 syrups which are enough. Although he is a govt doctor, he is available at any emergency in his clinic. Most importantly the fee is very low compared to other private hospitals in MTM. Hospital staff response is excellence. Above all mentioned points are my real-time experience with my sisters baby two months back and the time is 11:30PM.
Just writing this review considering children's and parents Pros 1. Staff answering and receiving is good 2. Doctor Response and caring is good Cons 1. Problem with Out dated vaccine and its due to mistake Problem : We been to this hospital to vaccinate my 2 months old child, RotoVirus Vaccine is expired in Feb and vaccinated in March Note : Please be conscious when you go for a Vaccination with Expiry dates.
Highly recommended, Well organized, Doctor way of treating is good. He listens all the problems of the child and treats the child patiently. The staff also very friendly.
Great experience with Dr. Shankar, He is very understanding. He takes enough time to listen to all my concerns, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a child specialist.
