Horrible service by the hospital staff: on the day of 30th aug 2023 we've visited the hospital for a check-up for my mom and their was this stamp system where only a few number of patients will be checked for 2hr of doctors availablity the stamping will stop at 5:30 we reached the hospital at 5:34 they refused to give us the stamp, we were fine with it but "they suggested to ask the doctor if she's okay with looking at one patient, they'll give the stamp for entry post doctors approval" but to my worst suprise the nurse or the doctors attender pushed us out from the doctors cabin as if we were some kind of beggers. My father has been working for THE INDIAN RAILWAY for the past 25 years as a grade1 employee and this is the treatment we were offered. We have decided to give a written complaint about this but the hospital staff have treated us soo rude and denied us from talking to any hospital incharge. Saying how will u people talk to the CRM or any hospital incharge. The written explanation that we have given was taken away by a hospital backend woker to his home as it was 5:45 and he has no time to file it coz his shift will be over in 15mins and he needs to pack his bags and go home. The doctors have been very helpful for the past few years but the the hospital management is horrible. The hospital management have failed to provide the basic empathy to the patient or the patients family who've been working for the railway department. They treat the patients and the families noless then roadside beggers.

Carefully facilities, all are good doctor's, and good Norse everything is fine I'm glad to see the tritment

I'm working as a station master , waste hospital and worste behaviour by OP registration staff, expressly working employee registration side. I'm requesting please take action.

Worst hospital. Doctor was very rude behavior. He dont know how to explain about the patient condition to there family members . Only one doctor is available for all different cases. When we will ask about the patient condition then only he says that patient condition is critical. So if u dont know how to treat a patient so u can refer to any other multispecality hospital. Due to there negligence of doctor and sisters i lost my father. so don't prefer rly hospital. this is my humble request.

My father got admitted due to covid and he joined while he was recovering. The food was not at all good and he became more weak because of bad food. Covid patients must be provided with proper food to recover. We asked for a home quarantine but they forcefully admitted him. We thought they will take good care but even after paying for food they provided bad food and in less quantity. I please request you to send him back and we will take the medicine routine and good diet in home itself. In case if you see this review please reply.

One of the worst hospital, admitted my mother as she is in need of oxygen support. The doctors and nurses are super arrogant, careless, inhumane. They don't see patients as humans, treat them as animals. They don't follow treatment protocol and nurses don't listen to doctors, ayas or wardboys don't listen to anyone. They don't give medications if they are not available at hospital. Nurses are super liers, if you ask or question the staff they will ask to shift the patient to any other hospital. They don't know when to declare a case as high risk case, they took sign from me just few hours before death of my mother. There are lot of educated killers/murders are there, if you want your loved one to get cured then admit in any good hospital. I am sure the family members DRM, CMS, DMO, ADMO are admitted into sophisticated referral hospital like appolo etc... I would say this is less of a hospital and more of a mortuary. Please please don't get any of your relatives admitted into this hospital and expect their return.

Railway providing good treatment to its employees here, little rush but can be managed. They have token system, around 8.30am they giving token for various specialization. Only 50 tokens so be reach earlier there
