Great experience as a first timer. I have to waited to be helped when I checked in. The staffs are not very friendly and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Doctor really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital if you stay near it or you are a Railway or Central Government Employee... And all the doctors do excellent treatment, ability to connect with the patients, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like.

Doctors are pretty good but pharmacist and store keepers are too rude and dispense the medicaments lower in quantity and different dose regardless doctor's prescription. Other staffs and nurses are not patient oriented and are not friendly. Ambulance service very poor.

Good facility is available here for the patient. This hospital follow the rule of cleanliness.

Nice hospital, equipped with some how manageable instruments for emergency situation.

All General OPD and IPD facilities are available. All staffs are very cooperative and service oriented.

Environment is not good but free for railway employees My father is a railway employee So it's free for my whole family
