Earlier the Hospital was good. But recently it seems they have recruited some Junior Doctors and Nurses. One of the worst that could happen was that. Most of them have no ethics, don't know how to talk to patients and family members of the patients. They don't even listen to the patient's problem. The new and young brothers & sisters are the worst. Always talking rudely. Govt should look into this.
It's absolutely the worst,they can only look to secure their jobs but are least bothered for the patients treatment,the doctors here in asansol take their designation for granted and missuse it.Firstly they don't have any cancer specialist doctor in Asansol and then the general doctors say the patient doesn't needs any treatment and no need of going to any hospital.They don't even deserve one rating.
Clean hospital, crowd less.
Very poor conditions of hospital, no proper cleaning, very dirty surface and washroom, no doctors are available in case of emergency in ward. Nurses are not playing her duty, they leave all things on head of private staff "dai".if you go for maternity, doctor always suggest for operation. There is no timings for doctor visit and worked privately. Also there worst condition for new born baby unit. When you ask for follow up, they do not take properly response. They don't provide exact status of conditions.There are not a single dustbin in entire hospital.
This is a railway hospital providing medical treatment to railway employees and their dependents. Hospital is located near hutton road. If you wanna go with vehicles then you have to go inside the hospital premises via girja more, 2 min distance from hutton road if you are using vehicle. When you talk about treatment then it's also good but many times staffs don't want to work. Hospital is very good in terms of cleanliness. Very casual staffs are also there and they work very hard and their behavior is also very good. You will also find green environments inside the hospital premises which is very good for the patients and also for the visitors.
ultrasonography department is very careless . Doctors not come in . In duration of GM, DRM inspections all doctors and staff come on time but others day punctuality is go in hale. I feel very bed experience
An extremely good hospital for times of panic.For railway employees its free but anyone can come here and get proper cure and diagonosis.Staffs and nurses are polite which is unusual.For railway staffs a red card conatining OD proof is mandatory for free treatment.
Better than other Private Hospital, Non Railway rate is very less, affordable for poor and middle class family.
