The rooms are quite good As we were given a room that don't have any ventilation only a very small window. The room was all suffocating. Overall the service was good.

Reception staff is good but Kitchen service is not good. I ordered 2 plates but they delivered nothing. Need to improve kitchen service.Rooms are small but clean and the window was not opening.

The hotel lies in the outskirts of Ranchi the capital state of Jharkhand. It is approximately 12-15 kilometres from the airport and 8-10 km from Ranchi railway station and will take approximately 45-50 min from the airport to reach there. The rooms are below average, mattresses are very old and of poor quality, once you sit on that you will feel the hard surface of the bed itself. There is no water to drink, no buckets in the washroom. Also staff will ask you to carry your luggage on your own.
