I had taken my mum to divine speciality since she has a very bad ear pain and had to get her checked immediately, Dr Stephen who is the ENT specialist addressed the issue and also provided proper treatment, he was readily available even though I had made no prior appointment, he was very polite in explaining the cause of the pain. I had to take her again for follow up and made no appointment this time as well yet he attended to my mother. Thanks for the immediate assistance Dr Stephen
Had to take my mother in law to a ENT specialist due to ear infection and Dr Stephen who is the ENT specialist addressed the issue appropriately and proper treatment was given, he explained the cause of infection and also the time it would take for the infection to resolve. Most importantly he made himself available when we needed which is very important.
Dr.stephen who works in devine hospital.he doesn't act and treat patient like a doctor. He didn't listen my problem clearly and did not tell me what is my problem and why the problem has started, simply he wrote something and directed me to nurse by telling she will tell how to take the medicine because he was rushing to some surgery as told by the nurse. The medicine also was not available in his hospital. After asking him for the alternate & my problem over phone then he said lab person is not there for testing my ear and he was asking me to visit Kamanahalli branch. Very very worst experience as I went to him from Yelahanka which was waste of time and money as the medicine also is making my ear problem more worse. Please save yourselves and your family by not taking any chance.
