Disgusting service. The most astonishing thing is that no matter how many times you visit this clinic the receptionist charges Rs 10 as registration fee. When you ask them to provide a gst bill they will say there is no such bill it's all verbally. I use to visit twice every month to visit my doctor, the number of times I visited they forcefully charged me Rs 10 for every visit as registration fee. There is nobody to look after this matter it's like Gunda tax.
They do not follow the serial numbers of the patients coming over there. Patients are allowed to get into the chamber according to their wish and clinic staffs are not bothered with that. The counter staff takes money every time you reach there and does not give you receipt also. ECG machines are faulty. Also equipments used are outdated and not maintained. Worst place to get you treated.
This is a polycyclic under devine nursing home group, some doctors are good but not all doctors, and facility staffs are not very efficient during the crisis. Advice not to visit during heavy monsoon, it will be waterlogged, and staff will not do anything.
Well experienced doctors from different speciality are available.. only problem is waiting space is too little outside doctors chamber... Experience is nice..

Very bad experience, greedy people at the time of visit they treat well but after all tests and when you consult with report they make you to wait .... I have been waiting for 1hrs 45 mins ... Dr.Ratan Kumar Ghosh, has misguided us. My father pulse dropped we visited Dr. RK Ghosh, he said patient got 100% heart blockage. Need to operate in emergency otherwise he would be died. After that we go to PGI SSKM, Kolkata Dr.S.Banerjee (Cardiologist) rejected Dr.RK Ghosh reports. My father did not had heart blockage. Now he is fine. Very bad experience. Do not go to divine hospital. Medical council of India should take a strick action against these type of doctors.
I came from Punjab, experienced in divine polyclinic was very bad. Dr. R.K. Ghosh ( Ratan Kumar) is not a doctor. He has only degree but working like a broker (dalal) of divine. These type of doctors only need money and money. One of the worst doctor I have seen in my life. Compare to Dr. Ravi Chopra from Ludhiana, one of the greatest doctor his first preference to get his patient well. Do not go to divine hospital my recommendation.
