Divine Medical Center - Medical Center in Margao - South Goa, India

Very bad experience. Please don't go to this medical center, reports are not ready on time, they simply delaying report. receptionists r confused when we ask anything, please do not go for diving test certificate or any other certificate. I don't understand how authority authorized for low class company. Go to Bombay or Delhi or do it in Gulf countries, whoever gave 5 star 100% they got paid from divine medical center or they are crazy 5 star view

Place is under renovation, all personnel are crowded into 1 small area. Doctors are very professional and helpful, however due to ongoing repair work they are helpless. Assurance is given that all reports will be scanned and sent by email. Later on, staff says the person who is supposed to scan and send email is not available. So we have to come again another day. Makes one think it's no different from a government office.

Very unprofessional staff. Don't respond to calls and are very rude to customers. Call clients saying reports are ready but when arrived at the centre they claim to be not ready...very unprofessional..would not recommend to anyone.

The staff is inexperienced and they don't know what's going on and from Ver to start the process from. The worst experience ever in the divine medical and I suggest all crew not to go divine medical as the procedure are very slow and the staff is under trained. Needs lot of improvement. And supervision. And it took me 6hours to do one medical

As a seafarer i have done joining medicals many times in different places but at Divine Medical the plus point is all the tests are done under one roof. Place is well maintained and staff is very polite. Medical gets done in 2-3hrs tops depending on the crowd.

Bad nurses, stalled me for an hour to hand over the reports. In the end luckily I checked it just to find signatures missing from the doctor who had been supposedly 'thoroughly' reviewing it for an hour!

Bad experience at this medical .very slow process Staff at this medical are no kindness. I wait for my medical report more then 2hr same again and again this medical getting worst. 2years before little but good but now say goodbye to this medical CENTRE

10th March 2023: These people are non professional , Reception looks confused , they don't take Any Online payment but only cash . I have come here to do medicals for CDC after the following test i specifically asked them if they are going to upload my medical reports into DG shipping Master checker and they said Yes we do that . When i had gone to collect report two days later i asked them again if they have uploaded my reports into dg shipping master checker and they said Yes i said r u sure ? Nd the lady said yes its done . I was being careful and asking the same question cause i knew dg shipping rejects application of cdc if medical reports are not uploaded by dg shipping registered doctors. When i visited the doctor they didn't even have any answers , they just said now its done. I have given my application for new cdc waited for alomost a month and i got a mail saying its rejected cause no medical reports are found in master checker. Today its been month i didn't get my cdc in hand and my joining date on ship has passed. One mistake of this medical center has ruined my job opportunity and this is not the first time they have done these type of mistake as per some other reviews. So be careful guyz if u are here doing ur medicals better ask them to show the uploaded file when they say 100% done just dnt beleive them on their words, the employees working there are not professional or find other medical center. There is an option where u can only view ur master checker on dg shipping which i got to know later when i did my own research. best of luck. Update August 8 2023: Because of this small mistake i am still at home jobless and hopeless. I have Missed my joining date and now its taking time for a new one.
