The hospital staff is very cooperative and very prompt in response. The drs are very humble and gives patience listening to pts.They have a very great teamwork.I really appreciate.i am very happy for this service.Staff is very soft spoken nd very caring.night duty nursing staff does not sleep at all and they are available for help and All the staff were very supportive and helpful.

Best hospital in Kutch. Dr. Mitesh Modi, General Surgeon is the best Gen Surgeon in the area. All the staff were very supportive and helpful. Nursing staff is very experienced. They visit the patients beds very frequently and makes them feel comfortable and homely. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all wards. Doctor visits the ward atleast 2 times a day. I have seen myself that the night duty nursing staff does not sleep at all and they are available for help to the patients instantly.

Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Emergency Service I recently had a very unfortunate experience, where my family member urgently needed medical attention following an accident resulting in a broken tibial plateau and collar bone. Unfortunately, the hospital failed to provide the emergency services we desperately needed, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of care we received. Upon arriving at the emergency department, we were greeted with a disorganized and chaotic scene. Despite the obvious distress and pain my family member was in, it seemed as though the staff was more preoccupied with their mobile phones and personal conversations than attending to patients. It was disheartening to see the lack of urgency and professionalism exhibited by the emergency staff during such a critical time. Moreover, what troubled us even more was the fact that no immediate medical attention was provided. The hospital neglected to conduct any X-rays or initiate any necessary procedures to assess the severity of the injuries. We were left waiting for almost an hour without any updates or indication that we would be attended to in a timely manner. This delay was unacceptable, especially given the severity of the injuries and the pain my family member was enduring. In the end, we had no choice but to switch hospitals in search of the prompt and efficient care that was desperately needed. The negligence displayed by them left us feeling helpless and frustrated during an already distressing situation. As a healthcare consumer, I believe it is essential to be able to rely on hospitals and their emergency services, especially during times of critical need. Unfortunately, my experience at this hospital has shattered my confidence in their ability to deliver competent and timely care. I sincerely hope that the management of this hospital takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future patients do not have to suffer through such a disappointing experience. When it comes to emergency medical care, every second counts, and no patient should be made to wait or endure unnecessary pain due to the negligence and lack of attention displayed by the staff. I strongly advise prospective patients to reconsider seeking emergency care here until they demonstrate a commitment to improving their services and prioritize the well-being of their patients.

Worst hospital experience ever for my new born child, worse than 3rd class hospital. Request to all the parents do not make this mistake as i did. Your child is going to suffer. A zero (0) star hospital

This all bathroom pictures are taken by delux room no. 101 and both general ward, how can any middle class live in it. Are we all are animals ? So careless here all all staff. Divine life hospital is my first and last very bad experience, better than this government hospital is best. Tooo much trouble who has no limit.
