I can actually feel the differences in my body after making the changes recommended to me. Now I'm far aware of how to calculate my body's reaction according to my diet plan given by my Dietician Khusboo ji..who is talented and knowledgeable and excellent at communicating about daily routine. I have reversed my diabetic now according to my Dietician I also lost 7 kg without exercise, which was next to impossible as I'm a foodie person. She understood my taste ,my routine and what i want, she has put everything in right place into my diet and results are there.
