I don't know how the other services are but I went for a haircut so my review is about that. For the rate I was charged (rs 800) my experience was not good and the lady who did the cut didn't seem very well trained. Twice she almost burnt my scalp by keeping the hairdryer too close to my scalp and keeping it there for a long time. The first time she did it I told her to remove the dryer as it was getting too hot on my skin and she didn't listen. I had to use my hands to push the dryer away to which instead of apologizing she told me to not touch the equipment. So I'm just supposed to sit quietly and let my skin burn? I might have thought that it was a one time mistake but she did it again. So I don't think she had much experience of hairstyling. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Had a great experience here. Went to dye my hair and received really good consultation from Ankita and Amina. They also took good care of me throughout the process and are really friendly too. I recommend this place for all those who want to dye their hair or who want to do any other treatments.

My experience here was amazing. I had gone here only for a haircut - thinking the service might be high priced but instead I came out fully relaxed as I also did some spa treatments. The rates are surprisingly is not heavy on the wallet. Would recommend to everyone.

It is the worst spa I have ever visited. Dirty Towels , no hot water even in cold-rainy days, no shampoo , no bodywash( they gave lux soap). I opted for Deep tissue massage. therapist was very unprofessional and didn't know anything about massage. She was just rubbing body. We go to spa to get relaxed but I got very annoying experience. Even 1star is more for services and amenities offered.
