Very rude staff. They sold coupens that were valid for 9 months. But when you call for appointments they never give you the preferred time slot. When You enter the parlour the are very welcoming but the moment they know that you have to avail coupon services the start getting irritated and insist on taking some paid service too.
The treat you like they are giving favours. And the quality of service is bad.
There is no trace of owner.
Diva Salon offers good service at affordable prices. Being a regular customer, the staff is courteous and polite. However, they also must have the ability to accept their mistakes after spoiling the looks or the cut of a customer; which they simply deny.
The services are very pathetic. the staff is very rude. At the time of selling the coupons they were very pleasing but when you call them even if it is one day prior also den will never give an appointment. dese coupons are just to attract customers otherwise it is absolutely pathetic. Parlour people don't give details for owner dey just say not available. i want the refund back.

Totally fraud staff....no customer concern....not have manners to talk to customers....always misguide for appointments....never recommend....don't take free service coupons....they will take money and not provide services...will cancel appointments by themselves...and will say your coupon has expired.
