Wonderful experience. This was my second session of hair transplant, last one being more than 5 years ago. The excellent results in the first session encouraged me to go for the second session. Dr Vivek is very friendly and polite and patiently solves all your queries. He is highly skilled in his field and has the passion and dedication to undertake long and complete hair transplant surgeries. The staff members - Deepak , JP , Ranjeet and others are very exceptionally trained technicians who provided good care during the surgery. This is certainly the best Centre for hair transplant not only in Lucknow , but entire UP in my opinion

I had a hair transplant session with Dr. Vivek Saxena couple of weeks back and my experience with DIVA Clinic has been beyond amazing. There was a initial cosultation with Dr. Vivek, where I was given answers to all my queries and was made comfortable. One thing which amazed me the most is - Dr. Vivek, before being one of the highly skilled and knowledgeable doctor, is a wonderful human being. He understands patient's psyche & emotions deeply and so never refuses to answer any question. He believes in imparting "Right to Information" to patient first, getting hair transplant done or not is another thing. After I was satisfied with consulation, I planned my transplant session (scalp+beard FUE combination) and on the day of surgery, everything had been communicated well in advance - all very systematic, no hassle. The DIVA clinic team under Dr. Vivek's supervision is highly motivated and experienced. They handled me well with great care and worked long hours to make the process almost painless. I was given adequate amount of breaks in between and the home made food which was cooked by Doctor's mom was incredible. The soft music in Operation theatre was constantly keeping the mood light and helped in removing any left over nervousness. And 5/5 on cleanliness, hygiene and hospitality. Very rarely we come across such clinics where Doctor and the team which go extra mile in keeping the patient satisfied. It's been 15 days post hair transplant and there is no discomfort, swelling or pain in my transplanted area. As per latest consultation with Dr. Vivek Saxena, everything looks good and the post op care process has been explained to me. I hope to have good hair growth in next 9 months. I would definitely recommend DIVA clinic to anyone who wants to undergo hair transplant session and get all queries clarified. Trust which delivers with Dr Vivek. I had 2 times hair transplant with Diva. 1st was strip procedure and 2nd was FUE procedure. I am highly satisfied with the results and medication prescribed by Dr has strengthen hairs and helped decline in hair fall. Dr approach to overseas patients is absolute helpful in providing surgery dates, explaining procedures, painless process and very accurate in covering desirable head area. Dr has zero tolerance regards to providing best services to clients. In previous visit I was In India for very short time and Dr staff made mistake by sending medication by normal courier instead sending overnight as requested. Dr Vivek fired the staff and made special provisions by canceling the normal courier, got medication collected by from courier depot and sent it by hands overnight. Him going out and about on his anniversary day and made this happen personally which helped getting me the package just before I leave for my flight. I've recently undergone hair transplant procedure around 2 weeks ago . It was a great and really comfortable experience throughout, right from the beginning every step was explained properly and all the doubts were cleared . Though it was a time taking procedure but never felt it , it was more than comfortable. Proper care was taken . All thanks to Dr. Vivek and his team for maintaining high quality hygiene. It's my second week after the treatment and till now I haven't encountered any kind of discomfort or problem and hopefully I won't encounter in future as well . I underwent hair transplant at Diva Clinic 6 months ago. My hair transplant surgery was done in two parts at a gap of one month. At first when I visited Dr. Vivek Saxena, I had innumerable questions. He explained me the entire process and also answered all my questions patiently. On the day of my surgery, everything went smoothly and I was made comfortable in all possible ways. The entire staff at Diva Clinic is very professional and helpful just like Dr. Vivek Saxena. My surgery which comprised of transplanting 6800 grafts, Dr. Saxena transplanted in total 6900 grafts because he felt more hair from the scalp can be used instead of beard ( reason being scalp hair are of better quality than beard hair), and adjusted the total cost by grafting more scalp hair. I am writing this review as per my personal experience with this clinic. Dr. Vivek Saxena is pioneer in his field after a lot of research and offline visits I've decided to get my hair transplant done from here and indeed I was not disappointed at any stage. The experience and precision of surgery of Dr. Vivek Saxena is excellent as I never felt any difficulty in my 28 hours surgery in two consecutive days for 6000 graft implants. The out of the box things you can expect from here is the calm instrumental music playing during surgery hours is very relaxing, the polite and comforting behavior of the staff, very clean and hygienic O.T. and the food is home made and prepared by none other but by the beloved mother of Dr. Vivek Saxena and this is that you can never expect in today's culture. Now to the main part, after surgery the result was visible within a week hairline constructed was with a natural appearance and the scars of the donor area were not even visible after two weeks.
