Some person in staff are very rude and misbehave with illiterate patients and their relatives. So called "Brother" in ward disrespect patients relatives. They don't help public in hospital formalities. I saw some poor old age ladies forget what they want to ask to hospital responsible lady by seeing her rude nature and voice. I request all of them that you're in public service duty. please help them and treat like responsible person don't misbehave with illiterate patients and their relatives. Thank You.
