Nice hospital for animals and nice caring staff.
Cheap pricing. Low grade treatment. We took our puppy who had Parvo in real, for diagnosis at this hospital. The doctor there told it was just viral fever. We took there medications for two days. We found no change. After which we changed the hospital. Now he is under treatment at a different hospital for parvo and he is recovering.
Their is not much place ...but service is good.and some doctors are of bad behaviour.overall it's good on behaviour from staffs.and nice service.
Not the best experience. Doctors and staff appeared to be careless and work lazily. They do not give the attention a pet needs. One of the doctors did not even care to inspect the injury.
Doctors are always available unlike other govt veterinary hospitals. Courteous and empathetic doctors. Facilities are lacking though. No space for parking and even stopping the car is difficult as this is at a busy junction.
The whole setup is very basic. The cleanly and hygiene is not maintained. Not to mention , the staffs and the doctors are at their when it comes to the service. The three star rating is only for the behavior and the care the staffs give. Else the rating would be 1 star. So if you are planning to take your pet on an emergency, this is the right place. But for regular check-ups and all...I think they need a bit more of an upgradation.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff , very clear when explaining pet's condition. Vaccinations, surgeries and major treatments are incredibly affordable. Thankful to the staff who tackle animal welfare on a daily basis, really appreciate the selfless effort extended Single doctor handles circa 8 cases in an hour , and the hospital is extremely busy. The authorities have to allocate more resources to the hospital as its inhumane to overload the existing staff. As in the treatment side the hospital is limited to 4 doctors in 2 shifts
