Worst experience i have ever had. I came here for a urine test because i was having severe kidney infection and had to wait for more than 1hr with extreme pain. Really careless staffs. Nevere go here. Worst place ever.

More facilities are needed, The patients are standing in a long queues for taking the OP tickets also, The surroundings are neat and clean, well maintained! The hospital can make a role model as Ponnani Govt hospital where patients are well treated by providing various facilities, Token system must be implemented, Chairs are compulsory, Expecting more facilities for the well being of the Tirur District Hospital.

Good patient care neat and clean excellent ambiance tertiary care service, friendly doctors and nurses good hygiene, dedicated staff including doctors and hospital staff

When the every single public realise good Hospital facilities are the very basic rights for our taxes,these dh hospitals remains same This is a major taluk in Malappuram dist and still poor facilities . No parking area for patients. Bathrooms are not hygienic. Less number of seats for patients. 3 op ticket counters available, men,woman,above 60 respectively. Op ticket time starts on 8.am some time it will be 8.30 when absence of faculties. The doctors in most departments are good but everyone may not present everyday. Make sure the doctor available before using the long queues. Most of doctors absence in sundays. Mostly the corridors are seems rush . Some doctors may not consult thorough,the have private consultation available out side hospital. Dialysis, therapy like facilities are available Operation theatre (OT) are kept good but you may face difficulties to enter OT. There is no chairs and token calling system infront of ot. You should wear complete hygienic white dress before entering,you can buy it on canteen it may cost 200 or 300 something. There is no dressing room for male and females have poor dressing room that is not in the hall.

My father and i were admitted here for covid treatment.In my 10 day experienc i came to conclude that some staffs are too good wheras some are too lazy,some bathrooms are neat,some are useless,some facilities are top notch,some are not even working. There weren't sufficient beds available.

I had to visit for Rabies vaccine. We need to take 3 more dose on 4th, 7th and 28th day after first dose. Recently they changed the rule for additional vaccine. We need to take OP ticket and meet General Dr before vaccine. So we need to go through big OP queue and Dr queue and Dr just writes to do Nth vaccine without even checking the patient. So, unnecessarily so much queue delay is build up. Previously additional doses were giving directly without OP and was time saving. Now unnecessarily visiting the doctor and fun part is he is not checking anything on patient before vaccine!

Excellent infrastructure and provides best doctors but they dont pick up phone calls most of the time
