Hospitals are well known for treatments BUT I am very disappointed with the state of this hospital. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these problems. The hospital should be clean, safe, and accessible to all patients. . The washrooms were filthy. The floors were covered in urine and feces, because of broken taps, doors are without aldrops I saw several broken beds. And bed incline systems are damaged The overall cleanliness of the hospital was poor. The floors were dirty, The ramps were blocked, making it difficult for people with disabilities to get around. The OPD section was crowded, and there was not enough seating for patients and their families in the waiting areas. I saw elderly patients and young children having to stand for hours on end. The management is wasting people's tax money

The hospital looks good. It has a vast area. New In Patient Department building is even better. Its usually very crowded. Parking area is not so big. Government College of Nursing Pulwamam is also associated with this place. Overall its a good hospital especially from last few years.

Surprised to see the poor management, doctors are good but no ladies staff available for ecg and other services. Even near by labs doesn't kept the ladies staff. Irrespective and irresponsible management!

Humble and dedicated staff but administration should take care of its night duty staff.There should b at least two to three security guards for the officials on night duty. The hospital Building is good but it needs to be maintained clean so that patients will get well as early as possible. Zenith Hospital Pulwama is best among all nearby !!!
