Complaint Regarding Lack of Doctor Availability
Increase the number of doctors on duty during peak hours and weekends to reduce wait times.
Improve the responsiveness of the hospital's helpline to assist patients in scheduling appointments and obtaining information.
Conduct regular assessments of staffing levels and make necessary adjustments to meet patient demand.
The staff is very bad. There was 3 doctors mentioned in the white board but in actual only one lady doctor is present whole night. There was no doctor for taking care of my patient whole night. After all i had just readmitted my patient in private hospital.
I am not most satisfy from here staff and some doctors because some doctors behaviour are bad and irretated andsome doctors are good. Some medicines are available here and every doctor suggest to patients that they are take medicines from outside medical stores who there high price.
