District Hospital Aluva - Government hospital in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

Far far better than private hospital around aluva.The doctors are highly experienced and understanding. The only problem is that token system is not considering properly. One or more staffs required to control the crowd when formed.

Now it is completely renovated and quality/ Service is satisfactory. Doctors were well efficient and experts. But still there were some head nurses and attenders with rudeness, They still in takes bribes from patent or bystanders for medical needs. Also professionalism in customer service always lacks (not blaming all employees but some among them). I aspire in future govt will look into all these barrier's and change this to super specialty hospital with all standards. Services are good communication between patients are nice

Enquiry section is not good.. The lady who attended the call not behaved politely. I called for enquire doctor is present today or not, they replayed harshly.Please consider this and responsible authority inform them to behave nicely to the people who equire to know the details.

Building is good but doctors are not. Doctor didn't even check my blood test report, didn't check previous medicines I ate. Didn't check my medical history. Didn't order any test. They are still testing people in old school way by looking at people. Even after I said I have a treatment history they didn't examine it.

It's almost 9.30 AM. June 5, 2023. No doctor has come in ENT OP Patients are waiting since 7 AM.
