Given one star for cleanliness and surroundings. Service and infrastructure is non existent. Visited the hospital for ENT and eye sight testing. Had been suffering from unbearable pain in the left ear. The doctor was busy talking on his Mobil for good 10 minutes while I patiently sat on the stool. After enquiring about the problem he took a quick look in the ear with a torch and wrote a prescription for ear wax problem. It kept me wondering why my right ear didn't suffer from the similar problem. Thereafter, I went to the eye doctor. The experience was even better. After enquiring about my near sight problem and my age she scribbled a number on the paper and advised me to get an eyeglass made with power specs she had randomly scribbled on the paper. When I enquired why she didn't think it necessary to test my eyesight she said the hospital lacked the facility for eye testing and the power she mentioned was based upon the age factor. I then decided to head for the nearest private hospital hoping for better medical service. Good things always come for a price.

A very nice hospital by up government in public domain for people of uttar pradesh. Doctors vry ready to serve well qualified and helpful with the facilities imbibed with hospital. This hospital looks like a five star hotel such a great ambiance. 1st time ever such a great hospital with latest facilities is there for normal people access. Thanks to mr Yogi Adityanath CM up for such works. Residence of staffs and doctors are attached with the building in sector 39 noida for easy operation and access in time of requirements. Most of the doctors there do not know how to behave with patients. they can treat you like you are a criminal. It is better to go to any government hospital in Delhi or any other government hospital.
Behavior less doctor, unmanaged staff, only one counter for medicine distribution, doctor not available at their counter, inappropriate guard abusing and shouting on people, everything in this hospital is miss managed.
Worst experience been there for medical certificate for DL, but concerning lady ( Room no. 37) is always unavailable, I have been there for two consecutive days but same result. She is always outside her room. Hospital administration should look after her ,
