I used to visit Disha Hospital for my Father. Today I had visited for my Daughter. I found pathetic service from each employee of this organisation. Every one busy with their mobile. No one maintaining quality of service. It is really pathetic.

Kindly note that on 6th Sep'23 I visited your Gariahat branch where I had a horrible experience due to mismanagement and lack of coordination between all departments. It seems like a government institution, no one works and provides good service to the patient. Also please note that as per appointment I had reported to your Gariahat branch at 11 am for power test and completed the entire process by 1 pm. I am very disappointed that your authorized person did not hand over our power testing report and the same has already handover to glasses counter and she gave us only doctor's prescription. The above incident will be brought up to the undersigned after visiting the optical shop at Rashbehari. Then I went back to your Disha Gariahat branch to collect his power Card. -------------------------------------------------------- Disha eye hospital is a service render organization. Patient party spectacle can be purchase from anywhere. Power report should be given along with doctors prescription. Why do you need to take our spectacles from your store and also it was not written in the prescription. This is a type of harassment. Requesting you kindly rectify your system on top priority basis.

For an eye hospital, they always have an appointment date atleast a week from today. No facility of same day opd. How does this hospital exist even. Fifth time in an year I have called and they have given a date 10 days from today for a checkup. When asked its urgent, I was asked to come to the hospital and if the doctor thinks he/she has time, he/she will spare a few minutes for me. Horrible. Please give a chance to the clinics ner your home as well. These hospitals think they are gods now a days.

We r from rajpur. Outside temp. is near to37deg/38deg & d ac cooled receptionist refused to me/us as we have no prior appointments to visit doctor. Great health service in d name of treatment. Last year we got d service in same circumstance. But now it's horrible. ( before changing any treatment procedure they should be advertised else it is called "public harassment. "

Internal ambiance is very wonderful. There are 2 departments to visit to your desire doctor. First 1A counter make print your eye power, second in 1B counter there are hospital staff check eye with screen test and may provide eye drop to check power. As previously I I have faced problem I didn't use eye drop power test. Then they recommend to another counter for my appointed doctor. It is time consuming everytime.
