Came for my mother's treatment today. The doctor is good but the staffs specially the female ones are very rude and don't know how to behave with patients. I know they're busy and managing lots of patients in a single day but that doesn't mean that they have any right to shout unnecessarily and make faces.

My first experience is great with Disha eye hospital .. eye checkup fees 200rs..eye checkups are done here by professional and efficient best doctors.. eye operations also done here ..everything is under one roof in a word .my father had a problem of glucoma.. doctor suggested him for operation..i have done that operation on this June under supervision of doctor Suvendu Das.. operation was successfully done..now his vision is clear. good behaving stuff..neat and clean atmosphere.. canteen facility also available..I am going to do father's another eye operation in few days.. appointment done by phone call only..

Here I get an eye checkup at an affordable price. There is good equipment for check up. I will suggest getting an appointment before coming.

Management and the overall atmosphere was feel good. Appointments can be made at the reception which is free of cost. Management staff at the cash counter will call patients by the appointment time where Rs 100 have to be paid and you'll be directed through the next steps. Looking forward for the next eye checkup.

Never visit to them , they didn't think twice to refuse a patient who was in emergency condition . Before visiting there I have a good image about themselves but when I felt the actual scenario my idea is getting totally changed.

A standard eye hospital but too time consuming. The whole process is very slow.staffs are well behaved, but doctors are limited as per other branches of Disha. Barrackpore or Rajarhat could be the best option but If you are residing near Burdwan or Birbhum district, then Burdwan Disha is the good choice. Dr. Shouvik Dan is a good ophthalmologist of this branch.

Disha open a new branch in BURDHAMAN . Treatment fees is cheap (100rs) but treatment is very good. Doctors, staff behaviour is very politely. This hospital help all eye patient.

To worst faculty staff they are just harassing the people not polite to patent. my hometown burdwan till date unable to get treatment from here not providing comfortable appointment.today also I visited place after they asked on call to come but not they are saying to wait, wondering what happened in emergency case.
