I consulted with Dr. Aastha long ago and she was so gentle and approachable that I consulted with her during my pregnancy too.. She provides guidance for yoga, mental health and diet during pregnancy through a program you can enrol for which was extremely helpful for me. I had gestational diabetes and the dietitian gave excellent guidance that I didn't have to take any medications. The yoga team was also excellent due to which i had very minimal body pains or ailments throughout. The mental health sessions were just okay since it's not one to one. Overall highly recommended!
Dr.Astha Dayal's expertise, dedication, and unwavering support made my entire pregnancy journey smoother and more comfortable for me. I appreciate her clear communication and willingness to address all my concerns. She was always a call or msg away to address any of my queries. She is very approachable. I felt confident and reassured under her care and guidance. I was always keen on normal delivery from the start of my pregnancy journey. She was always very supportive of that and encouraged me positively to prepare for normal delivery both mentally and physically. Her commitment to her patients is truly commendable and I would recommend her to all the expecting mothers. I thank her for going above and beyond in ensuring both my well-being and that of my newborn. I look forward to continuing the postpartum care under her guidance only.
