Tour manager is rude and he failed to keep all his commitments. Even it was a sealdah to sealdah package he didn't even bother to get us back till sealdah. Really unhappy with the manager's behaviour.
Don't go for video and ratings ... Accomodation was not good,mostly hotel was not there in the promised spot , not covered all the spots ... Now for food, food was there but without any taste so if you can consume it with happy face then fine... For example , tea was such horrible that you would never like to taste it in your life ... Mostly the manager who is making the video use to divide the group in two ... For one group he was always there and for other he used to give guest appearance , though according to him both groups are paying the same ... Next while returning we have to book our tickets to sealdah by our own too... This is a honest comment as I just came from sundarban yesterday with them... Waste of money... Don't know who are those people who are praising them so much
