So pleased that we used Discover India by Car following a recommendation from friends from their visit in 2018. Our driver Sushil was a total star, taking us through what looked to us like impossible traffic every day without so much as a bad word. His calm approach was reassuring! Our guides enabled us to get the best from our visits and they tailored tours according to our interests. I will definitely be recommending this way of visiting India to other friends who are planning to travel next year.
Using Discover India by Car on our recent trip to India was the best decision we made when planning our trip. We booked them to collect us from Udaipur airport and to drive us for the next 7 days taking in Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, Delhi and a couple of extra stops suggested by them along the way. Our driver, Sushil, was exceptional. He was friendly, informative, flexible, courtious, kind...I could go on. The car itself was an SUV, very spacious, always kept clean and tidy. Along the way Sushil made great recommendations and listened to our requests and wishes. They also areanged tour guides on several days which made visiting key locations a seamless process and great value for money. A 5-star experience and invaluable in the chaos of the Indian roads!
Excellent company in every respect! 1. Prompt reply when I wrote an inquiry about car rental with a driver including a detailed itinerary about the route. Also suggestions about what to see on the way. When we had further questions also very quick to respond both on WhatsApp and by mobile phone when in India. Even Last Minute changes due to flight change were no problem! 2. Absolutely transparent about pricing and exclusions. 3. Excellent driver, Satyajeet Singh. Fluent in English, polite, always on time even early in the morning when we wanted to go on safari or get to the airport, very kind, we always felt secure, usually found parking very close to the sights. 4. Car is brand new, comfortable, good Aircon, has wifi (we recommend also buying a cheap sim card but in addition you have also wifi in the car).
Discover India by Car....our Driver Mr Satya....made our golden triangle experience absolutely 1st class and wonderful beyond words. From the moment Mr Satya met us at Delhi airport it has been a safe, perfectly worked tour of the three cities. Mr Satya has made everything so easy and accessible. He is a wonderful gentleman, always helping, always caring. He is there every step of the way. Being our guide and providing us with info and helpful safe ways. We will miss Mr Satya very much. He has been part of Indian holiday. Sugar....the man behind the scenes is amazing too. He made it so simple to book and explained everything. The price i think its very reasonable too. Travelling with my mum who is 77....she has loved every minute of it. Feels like the queen! I will recommend this company to anyone wishing to travel in India. Superb! Thankyou Mr Satya.
Our driver Mr Sushil was incredible- courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fun! We could not imagine driving throughout the northern India region without him. He shared with us his culture and kindness, and we are forever grateful! Our Agra tour guide, Vikram was also such a value add to our trip. We cannot recommend this safe, affordable and wonderful company enough!!
The overall service they provided is really fantastic! Thanks Mr. Sugar, from the first day I found him for quotation, he keeps showing his profession to me, not only the price is quite nice, the car is new and comfortable, and he can always provide very good suggestion to me, and therefore, I can arrange my best schedule to this trip. He also reply very soon, very efficient that I feel I can totally trust him. And also thanks Mr. Parveen, my driver, who has very good driving experience that made me comfortable for whole trip, and he is also quite nice to give me some tour guiding and introduction in Delhi and Jaipur. This is a short trip, but I would say I will definitely choose their service again when next time I visit India.
I went on a trip to uttrakhand for 5 days with 5 friends. We booked Innova crysta and Sushil sir was our driver. He was extremely professional and patience throughout the trip. He also made sure that the car was always clean and fresh before every new day. The region was hilly, we travelled off road and there were places where roads were blocked due to which we also had to take a longer route to reach our destination. It really amazes us how beautifully Sushil bhaiya managed this whole traffic and hilly roads. He had a friendly nature and we really enjoyed his company.
We booked a car with Discover India by Car from Delhi to Agra. Sugar the manager was great to deal with. And helped sort out the size of car we needed. He also arranged a tour guide for us for Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Vikram the tour guide was absolutely amazing!!!! He helped explain the history and make you understand so many intricate small details that we found really enlightening.I can really recommend Vikram as an English speaking guide!! He also helps take excellent photos! Our driver Babu was also very good. And on the dot for pick up and drop offs. Highly recommend using this company!
