Hey my favorite restaurant where I have suspended my 9 years of celebration with friends and family and getting the good experience of food and hospitality but today it was the worst experience I had with the restaurant and hospitality no one is bothered about the customer and they into their own house. I felt very disappointed today. Others tables are also feeling bad with the services of the restaurant. I personally felt bad about the place we like and the place has been the worst at the service. Take this as the true customer feedback and improve urself. Money can buy happiness but can't buy the experience

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in promptly. However, as I entered the room, it quickly became apparent that it did not live up to the hefty price tag. The room was relatively small, lacked any significant amenities, and had outdated furnishings. The bed, though clean, was uncomfortable, and the bathroom felt cramped. For the price I paid, I expected a more spacious and luxurious accommodation. The prices on the menu were exorbitant, and while I was willing to pay a premium for a memorable dining experience, the quality of the food did not justify the cost. The dishes lacked creativity and flavor, and the portions were disappointingly small. In terms of value for money, this hotel fell short on every level. The room and food were simply not worth the high prices charged, and the overall experience left me feeling ripped off. I expected a lavish and memorable stay, but instead, I found myself questioning why I had spent so much money for such underwhelming accommodations and meals.

It is good place with beautiful interiors and big rooms. This place is decorated with cute plants all around which gives an aesthetically pleasing vibes in the evening. Service is bit rude as the person at counter was rude when we asked for discounts and all. He was totally rude. Food was good no doubt but they need to work on their service. Moreover, I asked for something complimentary for blogger visit as I was going to give them promotion through stories and reel and stuff but he was quite rude and said we have nothing for bloggers. In the last they only gave us 15% discount on food bill.

The lady at the reception was awful she disrespected us at the check out, lack of manners and politeness she has. And the price for that matchbox size room was just not worth. Try changing your receptionist and send her to some social class or back to school.

Dippys boutique hotel Kasauli Himachal Pradesh 260kms from Delhi Family and couple stay Booking: 30th June to 3rd July 2023 We planned our long pending vacation to Kasauli in advance and booked Dippys boutique hotel for our sweet stay. When it's Kasauli, for us it's always Dippys. I will tell you why. Location : At the entry of himachal pradesh, just 1 hour from chandigrah and smooth parking, unlike other hotels where parking is very steep and unsafe. If you can get convenience then why not. Weather: Pleasant weather temperature around 22 degrees and in the night it's around 16 degrees. You can carry clothes accordingly, for kids and infants carry some jackets or sweaters. Rooms: its quite cozy and unique hotel where one side its older building hence older rooms but on the other side its new building hence new and luxurious premium rooms, quite obvious price high in new building side premium rooms where you can even book premium room with jacuzzi and enjoy your day. I booked premium room for my son to enjoy. Ohh he loved it. I look for balcony wherever I go and at this place, you get view of serene hills, you can hear the trees and flowers talking to you and welcoming you on board. Food: if you are spicy lover then it's paradise for you. Vibe: Far from the maddening crowd Distant from hustle bustle in the lap of nature amidst coo coo and cous cous, nature at its best. I believe one of jewel of crown of himachal, most scintillating experience, fresh breath of air, While inhaling oxygen made me feel alive again. Greenery and blooming vibrant flowers takes your breath away. One place where u can unwind your inner soul and place in the lap of nature,. If you are spiritual then just sit in the garden close your eyes and you can listen to the sound of water spring nearby and chirping of birds, cool breeze and freshness of vibe. There is bird house in the garden where you can listen to them singing their own songs and I bet you would love it. There are small swings for kids to enjoy and relish the experience. It's an Ultimate experience for a person who wants to unwind himself and enjoy delicious food as well. You can enjoy tea and snacks on terrace while fog swims over you and u can have view of hills surrounding. Staff: Too good and too courteous. Service in minutes and always helpful. We are so grateful for their efforts for making our stay so memorable as always. My favorite: sitting in balcony or garden and listen to stream of fresh water along with birds will make your day. You can miss this. Conclusion: A place must visit.

Rooms are good but the food is not up to the mark and was a bit expensive.

Best food with our clients on the way to Kasauli Hills. Take a halt here and enjoy the yummy food. Good staff. Thank you Padam ji. Keep it up.

Good hotel, with very nice staff. Very well maintained. If they can install a lift in the hotel and can arrange some games for kids, it will be fantastic
