Diphu Head Post Office - Post office in Diphu - Karbi Anglong, India

Looking all side is awesome All are car,Auto,Bikes is here this is so beautifull post office in Diphu I have visited of this post office.

Diphu post office is located near Vishal mega Mart and KAAC.THIS post office have saving bank facilities also.

I love this place. It provides good and un-hindered services. This provides usual Mailing services to packaging/parcel services. Usually there is no wait. If you know beforehand what you have came for, it can be finished in couple of minutes. Mail and parcel arrive quickly and it reach within 2 days. Facilities provided include Pension, Monthly Withdrawal etc. The Office is situated on high rise (floor) and ground is unoccupied, which make it future proof for situation like parking space, new office space etc.

Good and proper place. Service is found better than some Post Offices.

The staffs are very rude. There was my parcel from kohima and I tracked the order this morning it is said that it's received by the post office so when I went to take my parcel because it were plants and they said that they can't give it now and told that they'll deliver in my home address later. After coming back from post office and reached my home they called me to take my order again. Like dude first of all they said that they'll deliver in my home address and later called me to take the parcel. I've to go two times there. And honestly the staff's are very rude. *I've given my home address but as soon as I came to know they are already received by the post office I went to take it because it were plants if not plants I'll be waiting at home to be delivered*

Such a third class service and rude behaviour of staff sitting at chair of Dy Postmaster the fat guy. I went to deposit cash in SB account and asked to update the passbook but the guy came from the chair of Dy postmaster and rudely asked me to go back in queue otherwise he will call guard. Such a third class person which I do not expect from Diphu post office branch who is talking with his customer this way.

Building is looking good . The service is also good as done by Indian post

Its too bad service ,its been 15 days i didn't get my parcel ( from 1. march.2022 till 16 march always shows insufficient address) ,why should i give my adddress incomplete way to the postman.
