I understand it is a luxury brand and everything. But what is so luxurious about shopping in this store when they will always make you wait? Even when there are no clients inside the store.
The store had me wait in a queue of 1 person for 30 minutes and not let anyone in. I tried to ask what is causing the delay but the doorman did not speak any English . The other staff said there was only one sales rep available for the entire store. Terrible experience. Would never buy anything here.
