Dino Adventure Park and Resort - Resort hotel in Mehdikhedi - Dhar, India

It was pathetic! The price they asked for tent was too high if I compare with the facilities that they offer. I went there with my group for 31st night and when we reached the spot there was no staff to guide us. After good 15 minutes of wait we were sent to the tent that they assigned. The whole place is under construction so the path to get their was not made and we had to get through bricks and pile of mud without light. Tent was really uncomfortable. One of my friend's height is 6.2' he was alone in his tent and whole night his feet were outside the tent so the size of the the tent was clearly small. We went to the cafeteria at 9 and they informed us that dinner was at 10 so we ordered tea for 9 people it took them 45 minutes to get us tea. The staff isn't trained so they were not able to answer anything, all the time they were clueless. The toilet was under construction and it was dirty (this is the polite term that I am using to describe) before anyone using it. I would happily use public toilet if given a choice. We were the first group to get there so we asked them to provide us a clean toilet they didn't know what to do so they just didn't do anything about it. By morning every person was in search of a toilet which they could use so we took a good 45 minutes walk to every corner and we came across 2 toilets and both of them was under construction and unhygienic. By morning both drinking and tap water was finished. Food was fine I donot have any complaint with food .

As suggested by Make my trip (which is primarily a wrong advice from such an experienced and renowned company) I checked in DINO RESORT, MANDU on 07/11 and checked out today morning. The total experience was worst. One telephone number was given for room service or house keeping and I kept calling from 20.15 hrs but no one turned up. Today morning when I asked to raise the bill and collect the dues he acted in no time. I will advise all known and unknown not to stay in this property. I was the only boarder and the maintenance is too bad. I am 73 years old and my wife is 69 years and we thought it would be a pleasant stay, but it was not. Today morning they couldn't/ didn't provide breakfast, which is included in the cost. While checking out no one came to take over the keys. They do not maintain entry and exit books or system. While checking out since there was no one visible in the resort, I contacted the owner over phone who said sorry and apologise but without any solution.

Isolated location , no occupancy during our stay it was quite scary, AC was leaking. No hygiene and cleanliness.

The stay at Dino Resort was quite enjoyable and pleasant, we were provided with quite a good hospitality, the weather added much more pleasure to our stay,though the quality of food still needs some improvement, or otherwise we had a very pleasant time there &i would recommend travelers to try out the resort once as this has the added facilities of adventure sports too

The quality of food can be improved, and the property is not well maintained, It requires grass cutting and lighting work in the museum, their swimming pool is clean and maintained

This Hotel is situated at a beautiful location you can literally have the valley view and the glass top bridge is one of the main attraction to the property... you can roam around the property all day it's that beautiful you would not want to go out.. they have saperate kid's zone as well... A beautiful view the hotel is awesome n the staff is well mannered n decent. Rooms r clean n services r quick. Altogether it's a great place to stay with family and friends

I appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. Manager and staff have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. To the staff at dino adventure just want you to know that your efforts did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend people to visit the resort. Thank you once again
