I had a horrible situation here today. We ordered BBQ chicken, the texture was good, but the chicken was rotten and bad odour started after the first bite. So please beware that whatever they serve are preserved food and not the fresh one as you expected

Worse service. I ordered black pepper chicken and it took a 20 minutes delay and the service person served that chicken to another person instead of me. Food order taking person (in charge I think) he casually came and said sorry for the mistake and he's not caring the customer. One of the pathetic services and I never recommend this place to eat. Better close the thalappakkati branch in dharapuram. They're spoiling your brand.

I had tandoori chicken and mutton soup. Very worst taste, the chicken is raw and masala doesnt smells good. I asked to recook again but its turns out too bad. For their too high price (compared with other restaurants in dharapuram), this kind of taste is not acceptable.

I went to place around 3 o clock afternoon most of the items not available. The captain should have informed before but every time we order something he says it's not available in a irritating tone. I don't like the way he behaved and his tone. The Mutton Boneless Briyani we order doesn't taste as much usualy taste. It doesn't taste like Authentic Dindukal Thalappakatti Briyani. The Gun Fire Chicken also doesn't taste good. I'm totally disappointed.

Food and service is ok, but there is no enough parking space. Very difficult to get a parking there as it is closer to the road.

Not a place for dinner, may try for lunch. They try to sell out the biriyanis and say everything else are runout. We confirmed before taking a seat, we need other items from the menu and they politely said only biriyani and side dishes are available. After requesting a couple of times they provided two chappatis and said they are the last pcs available. But for take aways they offered other items such as naan, which they said not available. If they just want to sell biriyani, why keep so many items on the menu and draw people in and refuse to provide even half of what is available on the menu.

Very poor outlet of Thalaipakatti. Poor house keeping. No water supply for hand wash. Need to take in jugs. Only a couple of items available from the menu. Biriyani also not available on Sunday 8 pm. Kothu paraitta was too salty. Overall bad experience.

Ordered a special mutton briyani from Dindigul Thalappakatti for Rs.359rs in which I've not found a single piece mutton and received almost a kuska with a boiled egg. I called the hotel some guy attended and responded just like that and cut the call. I want this to be dealt seriously asap
