I not even want to give one star to this restaurant. The service and food both are pathetic. They will show something in the picture of veg and non-veg thali and will serve only half of the items. Even if you ask for rest of the items, they only provide thousand of excuses and not the food. Although the biriyani was available and was served to the tamilian people who came later than us, but as we were non-tamilian hence they told us biriyani ia finished and currently unavailable. They are just using their brand name but the road side food joints are much better than this.

We tried chicken Biryani and mutton Biryani and non veg meals. My mother doesn't like the meals. But mutton Biryani tastes good. Chicken Biryani could have been little better. Mostly take aways are huge. But good taste and nice people who works there.

My today's visit to Hotel Thalapakatti in Tirupur was far from satisfactory. The service was exceptionally poor, and the communication regarding dish availability was severely lacking. To make matters worse, one of our guests ended up not receiving any food at all. This experience left us thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the restaurant.
