the hotel is easy to find and not on main road so its away from traffic noise. Check in check out time is 12pm to 11 am and it is followed strictly. room is good . AC and tv were in working condition. Bathroom was also spacious Overall a perfect stay(only weak point no cupboard/drawer for clothes and luggage) I think it is the best couple hotel of raipur at this price no issue on stay . privacy also maintained . No distrubance during stay for house cleaning etc.

My friend and I booked non-Ac rooms online. When we reached there, we were given Ac rooms with the Ac disabled. We were not provided any room cooler. The bed felt extremely warm. The fan did nothing to reduce the temperature. It was a very uncomfortable and sweaty night for us. There was no water in the washroom early morning. We had to ring up the reception. The flush toilet is also damaged.

we booked an ac room and an hour's early checkin was charged around 200 and then the washroom was not at all cleaned wash basin was not cleaned it looked yellow the floor was wet and not cleaned. and my flight got delayed so i had to check out late they were charging around 1000 which was more than the actual room charges. so we shifted to non ac room. the room was stinking so bad I could not even sit there for a minute. the bed sheets had spots all over. there was match sticks and Cigarettes thrown on the floor telephone in the room was not working.
