Been at Saivam several times. Actually its Quality has been maintained since the start. As a matter of fact it was improved. Last week went there for a dinner and the food was really good. And the sambar was excellent. The price is reasonable compared to many other restaurants in Trichy which charge a premium for sub-par food. But this was worth it. Located in the busy WB road it attracts crowd. Must try the Mini-Breakfast in the morning and Mini-Chettinad tiffin in the evening (4pm to 6pm) Onion Rava and Ghee Masala Dosa are also recommended. Must improve the Coffee served. Overall a good place for an evening eat out when you're on a budget and want good food.
I had dinner and breakfast.. I loved paneer 65, noodles and the regular veg items. Ambience is good. I would recommend this hotel for vegetarians
