We made a booking for this hotel 3 months ago, and more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, we had to cancel the booking due to visa complications. Under our booking policy, we should receive a full refund for the booking. In the past 2 months, we had to keep chasing the hotel to give us a refund, and there has been no response from their side. They also mentioned that we cannot have a full refund as there's a foreign transaction fee, which we never heard about. Even now, the refund has not been issued. We feel very disappointed and frustrated by the bad service. This is unacceptable for a reputable hotel, and we will not stay in this hotel in the future when we do make a visit to India. I also want to note that in our correspondence with Dileep Kothi so far, the messages they send out are unprofessional and unhelpful.

It is a beautiful, quaint Kothi in the heart of the city. Breakfast felt like home when we served things hot off the stove at the family dining table. The place itself is beautiful. We had a room on the third floor. There was also a vast terrace on the floor with tables and chairs in case we wanted to sit.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very hospitable and homely. A quiet oasis in busy Jaipur. Staff very friendly.

Extremely clean and very beautifully. European level of luxury. Very helpful and nice staff and excellent service. The area where this hotel located is nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing which could be improved here is serving breakfast with good coffee (they serve only instant coffee unfortunately). And maybe add fresh veggies and greens in breakfast.
