Diksha Yoga Studio - Yoga studio in Chennithala - Alappuzha, India

One month back, I joined in Diksha Yoga Studio for online sessions. Our mentor geetha ma'am is the most dedicated person I've ever met. Depending on our body pattern and health conditions she is taking care of each postures. She work out with me on our one to one session online, so that I feel more confident and comfortable. Thank you so much ma'am for your love and care.

I recently joined Diksha yoga class . Geetha ma'am is very passionate and have a gentle and informative approach. Her explanations are clear, making the practice understandable for everyone. Personally, I find the class as incredibly beneficial in unwinding and destressing. Highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a tranquil yet enriching yoga experience.

My experience of learning Yoga here has been wonderful. The friendly and caring attitude of the teacher smoothens your initial difficulties. Therafter, you are introduced to more rigorous routines. Great place to learn and practise Yoga.

It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance given to me throughout the training, very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about different yoga poses, alignment and so on. Although I am a beginner level student of yoga, I have still learnt about posture's anatomy and variations. I would definitely recommend this course if you wanted to take your yoga journey to the next level.

Two weeks back I joined here,the main highlight of this yoga studio is Geetha Ma'am.She is very polite and dedicated towards her profession. She always do workouts along with us through out the session I must appreciate that. Both online and offline sessions are available on daily basis so we have option to choose based on our convenience. Overall great experience .

Perfect for beginners who want to learn about Yoga practice. She creates a lesson that is unique to you. She's knowledgeable about the different yoga styles and highly recommended!

Geetha teacher has expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. classes are enjoyable, informative & highly recommended!!! Meditation sessions with Geetha teacher : At a time when I'd been feeling quite low and stressed,Geetha teacher was friendly and approachable, she explained Positive Meditation and mindfulness well and applied it to my individual situation, I feel this is going to be really helpful and would recommend it to anyone, left the session feeling much more positive'.
