Very bad service their is no any reminder about servicing any electronic item. Very bad service from dg1 shops also.not expected when I buy electronic item.
All products are good. I have taken 1 washing machine 1 frigde and 1 mixer from the store. Mixer not working, had complaint about it, the store person said the service will be provided by the manufacturer within 2 days. My. Complaint was given on 9th of August 2023 it's now 20th August 2023 ,no any person called or came for the repairment. Not at all it's services good. Till now no support from digi1 team.
Very bad experience about service, My Mi TV complaint since last 6 days nobody can take it up. No response from local shop + digi 1 help center. One star is also more to them. You are lossing your trusted customer
