Darbhanga City was the capital of Maharaj Darbhanga. It is now a big city and is commissionarate HQ of Darbhanga commissionary. Darbhanga has privileged to have three main pond or Pokhar . They are namely Harahi, Digghi and GANGASAGAR. All the three are in almost straight line situated from east to west.
