The property don't have restaurant. Guest should go out and buy food. No soap or shampoo provided in room. Water bottle - 1 bottle is complimentary rest all are charged. No towel was provided. Room is not clean - all the insects which were outside was inside the room. NO hot water for shower. Staff members should educated and should be aware of how this industry operates. Owner has built this property at good location but that is all. Guest visit these places for leisure - but if you need any snacks u need to run 5 km to get something u need. We have bought extra snacks and kept for guest who comes next to this property. No information about restaurant/hot water etc was provided prior asking for payment. Worst place ever stayed. DO NOT BOOK this property.

Stay is worst here because except for view stay was horrible. No proper rooms. Zero clealiness. Bathroom and toilet horrible. Swimming pool bad. Many ants insects crawling all around room. Tv and ac working. Don ever select this for your stay. Not recommend for stay.Full of cutaneous larva migrans. A skin infection spreads here. yes

Good resort for a stay, easily approaching staffs, Clean and Comfortable for the stay. It's good to had a pool inside the resort. Try it once , not much depth so child safe. Best place to stay around Kanjirapuzha. The dam is near accessible. Guys over there help in supporting for getting Cabs or Auto

Good resort with bad management. I have been here with family. Staff here is friendly . They offered me a executive cottage better than that actually I had booked. Property is well built. There are few cottages with an open pool and a kids play area (with swings and slide). Property lies on a rising slope from the dam. There is no entrance to the reservoir bank. Pool is not maintained. Water is slightly milky. Guys if you have built it, maintain it. I would suggest family travellers not to book this property unless you book all the cottages. For us it was very unpleasant, as we were the only family and all other gust were groups of young men drinking and smoking in open and in some common spaces. Foods are not served (except complementary breakfast). But the staff said they can arrange if requires. We were not given any hotel toiletries or drinking water. How would you expect any gust to bring soaps and shampoo for a resort booking in a decent price.
