This diet house is just amazing!! Though I have joined diet house I ate so many tasty dishes. Actually it's not like that if you have joined diet so you should eat only vegetables or fruits. I have never imagined losing 10 Kgs in 2 months span. Thanks to Mr. Kalal for helping me in this weight loss(fat loss) journey especially when I was not able to spare the time for exercises. When I met him I actually experienced that he is in tune with the medical world, our health problems and how to overcome it by having a healthy diet by making sure that one should not feel fatigue/depressed/starved.
