Treatment is fine but the waiting time is unbearable..we asked the receptionist to write our name for evening slot in the afternoon itself she did but after coming back in evening they told that name is not written anywhere and they simply wrote the number after coming now which made us to wait for much time..also special recommendations are making normal patients like us to wait more than usual time.. atleast opt for phone appointments for patients who are from far places..as time is valuable for everyone

I agree that the doctor here is the best one and the patients visiting here will get the best out of it when coming to the treatment but the issue is with the services ..please give a strong feedback to the one who comes for home visit for sample collection..we ask them to come at 7am and they do not turn on time and when we follow up multiple times they call at 8am asking to wait for 5more minutes which is not at all acceptable. If a feedback is shared and it works out then its quite appreciable ..as patients with diabetes feel it difficult to wait for long hours without having any...hope this is taken care of...
