I stayed here with my kid. Staff treated us nicely. Clean rooms. Overall value for money.
Not so good room though it's walkable distance from metro, easy to access.
This hotel is in prime location ,just outside alambagh railway station. Room was OK and room service staff was good. But the reception guys were horrible. Even my belongings were lost from the room during my stay.
My room fan was making more noise than the airconditioner. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. I stayed for one night only with minimum use of hotel service etc.
The property was good on the road side. But the service part is worst as they were charging extra amount + extra GST on packed drinking water, which cost around Rs20. This is illigal what they are doing. Worst wording of owner "hum denge lena hai to utna Dena padega"
Service /room etc are fair but you can't expect luxurious room & professional service staff . Being in hospitality industry staff should welcome & greet the guest . Infra is old but location is on advantage,easily connected with metro so that you can avoid road traffic.
Decent place but not good for a long stay. AC was decent and the food was good. Location gets full marks as it is walkable from metro.
