The rooms was not that great. But the location is very good, very near to Siliguri junction and bus stand
Satyed 4 days in Single AC. Wi-Fi not working at all. Got informed, recharge yet to be made. AC switch they manually off at their own will. Ordered foods were of very poor quality. Need to ask for room cleaning. No cleaning of Bathroom. Room quality is ok. Location is good.
Very dirty on the first visit. Had to inform to refill the amenities. Had to ask for towels, tv connection (no channels even it was on), small rooms.
Location wise its great rooms ar ok type they don't have any in house restaurant but they will arrange food if you order it overall experience ok type
This hotel is located in a prime location of Siliguri Town, walking distance from the Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus and Siliguri Junction Railway Station.
SNT (Sikkim Nationalized Transport) Bus Stand is also not far from it.
There is a large and safe private parking lot. Also a beautiful reception ground with desk, TV, Newspaper availablity.
You can have Bengali, Hindi, Nepali & English language support from the staffs.
Only negative side is the cleanliness of the bedsheets and pillow covers. Those could be more better.
But at this affordable price point and it's location one can surely stay at this place.
Specially peoples with private vehicles, or tourists going towards Darjeeling or Sikkim area and even the foreigners can avail this stay.
Nice and good places for a night stay. The rooms were good and hotel had a good ambience. The rooms are cheap compared to another hotels nearby. This hotel is located near to Hongkong market and you can get a rickshaw for 10.
One of the afortable stay in Siliguri. I regularly go there during my road trip. They have very safe parking place. And rooms are okay to spend the night. Never tried any food there. I always prefer Khana Khajan (a nearby restaurant) for any type of food.
This may not be 5 star like a chain hotel, but the rooms and staff make up for it! Inexpensive to stay, $10.00usd per person per night, double room. A wonderful cook who will make you delicious local fare, any time you want it, great room service, other close by great restaurants and bars (one called Around the Corner for those wanting a more western food theme) The staff was so very helpful with telecom needs, beverages...food ordering, anything. After a week in a very close by hospital, I could not have found a better place to convalesce as this!
A good understanding of english and able to translate, order cabs, anything you want, this place truly is a Diamond, and not in the rough!

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.

Full furnished place with day to day cleaning facilities and the food is good and the environment is free and no one disturbs you for no reason. Wifi is also available and everything in all is great.
