I would not give even 1 star. I suggest everyone do not give money to this people. You book all hotels by your own and get taxi of uttarakhand on your own and you will complete your yatra with half of the amount and best facility and luxury then what this people demand from you. They changed our hotels at end moment in char dham yatra. At Kedarnath there was heavy snowfall when we reached there and after that we searched our hotel new marward and when we reached there after 2 hours of walking we came to know that our booking is shifted to other Aggarwal house which was not at all upto our standards and package. No one helped us and we then had to book hotel at Kedarnath by our own paying 30,000 rs extra for just 9 bed and 1 night as booking was on the spot. Because of hotels bookings changing at last moment our lot of time was just spared to search original hotel and location at Badrinath and Haridwar too. Because of road traffic while coming back from gauri kund to sonprayag we got late and driver denied us that at late night they wont take us to our next destination choptah, so we requested this people to postpone our booking dates by 1 day for next days, as we have already paid in advance to them, they said it cannot be done and we will have to pay extra for rest 4 days wheras I as a customer when called by myself then hotel incharge were ready to postpone booking dates. I have recordings of all hotel incharges. So it was proved that this people were lying. and at end moment we had to change our routes and reach our next location skipping the 1 destination point choptah and travel a lot. they do not have mercy at all. We had paid huge amount requesting them that our hotels should be near by temples. Then too at last moment they changed our hotel from Kuber Palace to Kuber Regency which was very far away from badrinath temple. So we could not go to Badrinath temple early morning as driver denied saying taking us to temple road is not in itenary and no rickshaws were available early morning near kuber regency as location of hotel was on bypass road.There was vast difference in room terrif charge of both the hotels as i being unknown customer has found out all things and have proof of call recordings.

Guys, this travel agency is outstanding in Uttarakhand because it also serves as the DMC for the state and offers Char Dham at the very competitive cost by helicopter. Highly encourage to you all.

Good tour operator for char dham yatra . All arrangements were perfectly managed. Hotels provided was best choice, especially at Guptkashi and Badrinath. Char Machan Resort and Hotel Lords Palace was a great pic. Highly recommended.

We booked for Do Dham same day yatra for 10/6/2022 with you through Gokul, Innovative Holidays, Hyderabad. Overall experience with the Kestrel Aviation is very bad. Please don't encourage him. They will spoil your reputation. They don't maintain timings. Started at 8:55 am instead of scheduled 7:40 am. Problem enroute also. We were dropped at phata/sirsi helipad and left for 1 1/2 hrs. Wasted our time. No responsible person to take care. Unnecessarily we were hurried at Kedarnath. Same at Badrinath temple also. Could not see any other place. Didn't allow us time at temples, for their mistake of irregular timings. We were victimized. Over all a bad experience with the aviation company. Your people also were irresponsible. They never keept us informed on helicopter timings. I had to follow up myself. This is not expected from you. Very bad. Darshan was good as we made our own arrangements. Please keep this in mind for future.

Our tour was very well organized and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Their service was very good, prompt and sincere.
