This gym has a very good atmosphere. Also have a good trainer. They improve myself and reduce my PCOD problem.

I have been a member of DIAMOND GYM for Several months now, and I must say that the facilities and trainer(Mr. Mihir Nandi Sir) have been instrumental in helping me improve my chronic back pain. I am extremely satisfied with the results. My trainer has been professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, customizing each session to target the specific areas causing me discomfort. Through a combination of strength training and stretching exercises, I have seen a noticeable decrease in my back pain and an improvement in my overall posture. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to alleviate their back pain through exercise and wellness

According to me, this is the best place ever that I came through till now.. Mihir da is seriously a very good trainer and guide. He guides us very nicely. I wanted a trainer like him only.

I attend the gym with my family! I am a middle aged home-maker with a deep history of health disorders and sufferrings, since the last 10 years: Severe Gastric Acidity and Ulcer Thyroid High Blood Pressure Diabetes Insomnia (lack of sleep at night) Joint pains (back, knees, arm) Adenomyosis Due to all these problems, I had to live on 7 medicines (1 for each problem) each day! And the biggest irony is, the medicines never cured my problems or even lessened them! Instead it led to more and more side effects with the passage of time, there was a point in my life when I stayed awake all night even after taking sleeping pills of the highest dosage! Then I came across Mihir Sir and Monika Ma'am and worth to mention, their knowledge in the field of fitness! Sir is well trained, body building champion himself and Ma'am herself is one of the best yoga instructor with the most fit physique (at least out of everyone I have seen till date)! Both of their guidance is Diamond, literally like the name of the Gym! They have undergone a number of courses and trainings on health, fitness, human anatomy and nutrition and have made themselves capable of what they are today. Their guidance on lifestyle, exercising system (according to the physical structure of each and every person) and diet/ nutrition has helped me throw my medicines out of the window. Don't believe me? Come and take a look at the place and speak with them, I'm sure that alone would be enough to convince you to join their fitness programs. At least I started believing in them when I got my first sleep of peace without a sleeping pill!

Perhaps the best gym in the area with various kinds of training programs for all ages. I am an aged person (64 years) and used to suffer from diabetes and thyroid, to be honest coming in touch with Mihir Da has been one of the best encounters. The level of knowledge and expertise he carries on human anatomy is uncomparable and he has helped me in getting rid of the health complications that I was sufferring from WITHOUT the help of any medicines, only through exercises, diet routines and proper lifestyle guidance! If you are medicine-dependant, please make sure to give a visit to the place and have a word with him in person, he is the best person to consult with for any health complications.

Good place . Don't judge by the exterior. The interior is pretty big, much more then mordern gyms near Nagerbazar and the owner is Mr.India (ex). He is a quite genuine person. They have every mordern equipment available and in some equipments even the better ones don't have it. Give it a try for 3 month. You'll love the environment

Trainer is very supportive Never raises his voice on people when you do something wrong.

Best environment throughout the year, endless learning, pollution free atmosphere, well maintained and disciplined, best development and the most important thing is an awesome trainer who has a great body with muscularity (Physique matters. If a trainer does not have a great physique and if he is not fit then his students can never see the development among themselves and the trainer will never become successful).
