It's a better gym compared to the other competitors nearby. The fee is also reasonable. The crowd is less and you get ac all around the gym so it first feels congested either.

The equipment here is of international standards. The trainers and staff are always available and ever ready to assist with any level of fitness activity. They even have a dietician and powerlifting specialists. They are to introduce Zumba classes and Yoga sessions soon.

Female clients don't go there some male trainers are disturbing female clients The last few months ago my wife left that gym.

Best place to train if you're focusing on powerlifting or olympic weight lifting. I've visited the place. Fees are on the higher side.
