Doctor is good, but Worst management and disrespectful staff . Not affiliated/listed to any health insurance company and very difficult to claim documents for insurance claim.

All are paid reviews and doctor is too commercial and a middle class family can't afford him. They suggest unnecessary tests which are not required for the treatment, but they try to make money as much as they can.
Dr Sathyanarayana Murthy is one of the best doctors for Diabetes. We are going for consultation from last 10 years. They do all kinds diagnostic tests for Diabetes and Endocrine. Of course they are little expensive and also it's crowded but worth it. - Doctor is very cool and he puts lots of confidence and gives good information to his clients. - Due to over crowd, staff are not enough to manage and maintain. - It will take long time to get reports and for doctors consultation. - Another pain point is they won't accept any cards or any online payments such as PhonePe or GPay. They accept only CASH.
It is review about hospital and staff, not about Doctor: It looks like market, not hospital. Long waiting and no proper response from staff. They don't have proper clarify on how long doctor available and different persons give different responses and you will be ended up with loosing your patience. When entire country moving towards digitalization, these people does not accept UPI and cards, still collecting cash
Now all the patient records are maintained in the software also patient use to get the message for the consulation so patients can check messages instead of grabbing the file. It would be good if patient will get remainders for the next check up as recommended by doctor
One of the coolest doctor I hv visited till date. he had explained and counselled me very well. Basically super speciality doctors won't talk to the patients properly,but in case of Dr rama Mohan sir he is fantastic. I will surely refer this doctor to my family nd friends.
