Mr. Siddharth has been particularly helpful in taking a deep interest in my own journey as a watch collector and has gone out of his way to always entertain my curiosity and interest in a variety of timepieces. Ms. Marissa has also been instrumental in making every moment enjoyable and fulfilling. Dia has my patronage and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was in Mumbai for a few days beginning of the month, i visited this store and the sale name Jiggaar Pandyya had attended to me. He was v informative about the watch and attentive to his client's needs. Although, I havn't got the watch i needed yet due to the understandable high demand. He was kind enough to take my requirement and said would get in touch if the watch I wanted arrives. He was friendly and had good knowledge of the watch. Totally recommend this store.

Ignore the responses from this dealer below, in which they claim to sell on the prices on Rolex's website. It's absolute bunkum to save themselves since they've been called out. They sell watches at current secondary market prices, not the price on the website and are quite shameless about doing so as well. Was attending a conference at the Taj on Saturday and dropped by, having never bought anything from them before. I was offered a piece at a substantial premium to the website. I've already lodged a complaint with a few friends I have in Geneva at Rolex HQ. Not sure if this has been going on for a long time, but no way can this corruption continue.

Whatever you do, do not buy a watch here. They sell their watches above MSRP. You will get ripped off. You will get the exact same new watch everywhere else for cheaper. Rolex should be ashamed to associate themselves with this store.

Over the last few years Dia has been very helpful and cooperative with helping me get the watches I've wanted. Especially Nishant and Viral have been very warm and accommodating! Without their help it would've been very difficult to get the watches I wanted from any other sources.
