Had the worst experience ever.. First of all they don't do the service properly and they take very long time to do the service. When I was giving my vehicle to the service the staff didn't explain about the process of service, when I saw my bill it was around 2k then I asked to that staff then he said You should tell me sir what service you want the staff would have explained everything before the service, then he started talking rudely with me. Even after spending so much on vehicle the service will not be done properly, I will share the pics how neatly they wash the vehicles. This is not the first time I am experiencing, I am experiencing this from last 3-4 services I am facing the same problem no proper service.....

Worst Experience that I have ever got... Sorry to say this I will not go here again in Future. My Bike got Very Poor After the Service, Before it was Very Good. I Left My Bike For Service Center & Here Actually I Felt Not That Much Good Service I got. The Service Advisor will Will Waste Your Money If you are not Aware. This was my Personal Experience I got Here. I left My Bike & My Brother Took The Bike After The Service. My Bike was alright When I was Leaving, O left Only Oil Service But These People Charge d Very Much, I Personally Changed Disc Brake Shoes Just Before 1 Week, They Have Changed & Charged Rs840 Change & Without Asking They Have Given AMC Charged Rs950, End Of The Bill They Charged Rs3800 Change Only For Normal Oil service & Washing. According to My Knowledge if I left My Bike to Local Service Man i would have Saved My Money Nearly Rs2500. According to me These People are Looting the Customers. You Know Why I'm Wasting Time & Writing This Post Not to Degrade The Center But Customer Should Get To Know What is Happening... No one will get Money So Easily...

Service quality is very poor compared to local washing centres and they don't wash the vehicle properly. And the service is very very poor. They just service the vehicle in lots and never they care about quality. I had worst experience whenever I left for vehicle service.(5 times now) One of my suggestion is to never leave your vehicle in kogilu branch and to never opt for AMC option which is of no use when they care a least about your vehicle.

Im really thanks to Dhruvdesh Honda.. everyone is very good at their work and really I felt happy for seeing their responsibility towards each and every customers .. when comes to vehicle service they gave best service today and I'm gonna rate this service 10/10 ... and my Dio vehicle is looking like new Vehicle after this service.. #kudos to team

Worst experience ever Bike service worst Customer response too worst

This was the second giving the vehicle here, first i let it go as i gave during festival time thinking they will have more vehicles so dnt need ask small things, but again samething , they dnt do the service properly unless u point out n ask again. I got the vehicle with basic cleanup but they chrged for polishing ans extra things. After paying 5k for services this is what i got.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Honda service center that I'd like to share. While I'm generally a Honda fan, the service I received at this particular location left much to be desired. Its my 2nd vehicle ....i dont have option of leaving my vehicle for local vendors bcoz of the service parts, genuinety. this is my 20th service in the same center. which is sad & pathetic!!! 1. Addressed this issue to Ms.Anitha HR feedback call often comes still no use....shown the proof by showing the mistake wt they made still not solved. 2. All service executives dont no what information they are giving to customers AMC book they offer .... with and without the book price is same..... 3. Only executive who gave clear information about the service is Mr.CHETHAN genuine interms of handling customers.... Rest all just accepts the vehicle no proper communication after that.... Mr.Sathish, Mr.Anil, Mr.Shastry Rather than misguiding the customers,kindly handle the vehicle with care and concern...If its same your vehicle will you be accepting the same worst service? *They always come with fancy statement ,pls leave vehicle we will sort it out....why should i get it twice??? why not at 1st, what your back end team ppl doing ????? *It seemed rushed and incomplete, leaving my vehicle still looking dirty in some areas. Cleanliness is a basic expectation from a service center, and this aspect was severely lacking *I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing quality service *I encourage Honda to invest in better staff training, improved communication, and a more rigorous quality control process to ensure customers receive the excellent service they expect. *In conclusion, my visit to the Honda service center was disappointing, and I hope my concerns are addressed for the benefit of all Honda customers. ***Now after this review dont generate autogenrate mail, sorry for the inconvience get your vehicle for sorting*** #TeamHonda #Honda#Issues

Location is on road kagilu ,but my experience is not so good ,i gives my Activa for service, service was normal, washer was not working, left main seat part of Activa in open condition and even hand over to me,I get to know when I was driving and speed breaker came whole system was opened condition, even screws were missing.
