Dr. Purnima looked after me personally and listened to me without interruption or judgement. Her medications have helped me tremendously. In addition, I would like to say that the staff at reception/telephone were very courteous helpful. Thank you Team Dhrithi!!

Dr Purnima is the go-to person for any of our psychological and emotional support .She is very patient and gives her 100% attention listening and analysing our issues. Makes us feel very comfortable.

Doctor is experienced and dedicated professional. The front desk staff is very unprofessional and will ask you to be at the hospital an hour before your turn actually comes. Consultation fee is RS.1000/-. You have to pay for every visit which is very costly. Apart from that it's a good psychiatric care center. It also offers child Day care. Car parking is available opposite the hospital.

The wellness center is big and spacious , appears some renovations ongoing. There are pyschology interns who probably practice or observe under the doctors guidance and doctor is also friendly and knowledgeable. She has a welcoming vibe. The doctor was able to identify the cause of concern and plans accordingly as to how one might need help. They even do free online follow up with patient to check up as to how the patient is faring post a session. The only issue is the male receptionist who is a bit rude and doesn't know how to communicate or respond to patients or their care givers. The patients are already in stress and might not be willing to meet a doctor and when they meet such receptionists they get even more bad impression. As a receptionist his duty is to be friendly and approachable. When you have an appointment format then he should also try to adhere and not come across as money hungry and grabber sort of person. He should know how to appease a patient or their care giver when the doctor is busy and is late to pre fixed appointment. There is a female receptionist but she is very helpful and amicable. She is helpful and guides with necessary tasks properly unlike the male who does it with disgust. I would suggest any one who is suffering with mental disorder / illness to do visit dhriti clinic and the doctor but just brace yourself for the male receptionist.

I have interned here in November, 2022, and it has been such a great learning experience. To be mentored by Dr. Purnima Nagaraja is an absolute honour. She is kind, patient, and a great doctor & teacher. With case intakes, seminars, classes on therapies & assessments, the exposure here is wide and there's a lot of scope to learn and explore. So grateful for this opportunity.

I have consulted the doctor for OCD. The doctor is very friendly and spends considerable amount of time and helps very much to recover ourselves for better.

Perfect place for interns to do their internship. Mam gives great exposure for the learners . Mam is "ocean of knowledge" it was awesome swimming in the ocean under her guidance . Daily short topics , weekly seminars gave us self -confidence . The exposure to different cases was wide, Mam made sure we make right diagnosis . Weekly exams were the best part during internship . Not only for interns but the clients who all came to mam for treatment were well satisfied .Ultimately it was great experience
