eversince their business expanded the service has gotten awfully worst and the staff is rude too. they made me wait for more than 45mins for one order while i saw others who came way after me getting their orders. i raised an issue and they rudely told me my order is coming yet made me wait another 15mins. food quality has gotten worse along with the quantity and the price they are charging. would suggest sai baba chinese which is close to this pathetic dhoom chinese. please dont waste your money here
I am writing this based on my todays experience here, we ordered 1 started and 1 triple rice, the waiter here brought us the triple rice and not the soup with it, when asked for it he said, it will be served in sometime, we waited for more than 20 mins to start eating still the soup/gravy was not given, we almost finished the served rice and then he brought us the gravy which tasted aweful! Upon asking when we will get our starter he again went to check in for this, They dont even follow the basic ethicates and served main food prior to starter, when we went to complain regarding this to the Owner Mr. Sunil, he said and I quote "hamare yahan aaisa hi hai, tum naye ho toh tumko takleef ho raha hai" . Owner has such a rude attitude and behaviour towards customer, and adding on to this he said with a tone that Paise mat do jao tum like he is doing a favor on us, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, the owner is too rude and the management is worse, food quality is below average, post they expanded they have lost the taste and quality! AVOID THIS PLACE FOLKS!!!!!

Worst Chinese fast food corner in a Ulhasnagar. Food is not good enough. Specially veg food is not so good. Staff is very rude and they don't know how to treat customers. Don't waste your money by going there. There other much better options available for having Chinese.
